Aula enrolment

I have received mail for Enrolment process and completed all the steps. For Induction through Aula, I am not able to log in. It says "Your email does not belong to any institution". I tried contacting Engagement team, but haven't received any reply to my mail since 5 days.

Please could you double check that you have followed the steps for registration on Aula, which would have been given in your enrolment email.

I have not received any instructions for registration on Aula. The email just contains a link to the enrolment portal, which after logging in shows "Induction through Aula" button. On clicking, it takes me to Aula login page.

Hi,

Give it a few days, if you don't get a response from the Engagement Team, then please try following up on your email. If you are going to arrive in the UK soon, then it might be a good idea to visit the Student Centre to get your enquiry resolved.

Hello, I got a response from the team saying the work is going for upload new course materials, etc. I will be arriving in UK late. I don't want to miss my studies and yet still Aula is not made available for the students. Is there any other way I can get timetable or induction schedule or even contact with my class mates?

Please bear with them while the issue is sorted, in the meantime please contact the student engagement team to check if they can provide you a timetable or induction schedule.

It's so hard to get responses from Coventry university either by phone or by email I have completed two degrees in the UK (I am a resident before) and honestly this is the worst for communication. I am struggling with aula too I have completed the induction and still shows as outstanding the women on the phone completely ignored this question and was just answering about something else and then pretended not to hear me. So I don't know what to do it's really annoying that it cannot be sorted technically it's few weeks before my course date and so much to sort and things not working properly really annoy me more than anything that you can't get help neither by phone or email ! As not responsive really. On another know when I applied to the course admissions team took my passport share code home office letter and all of other stuff and now they want me to come to the university to provide the same documents I gave them two months ago and they confirmed all good, the women on the phone was like you provided them to a different department seriously?? Are you not the same university?

I hope you are doing okay. I am so sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. After completing induction, aula should work fine once you get the email and you log in there, Have you tried putting the log in details in there?

Yes I have the access now but the course material is for the last year and my course is starting in the week what I am supposed to do? As mainly I will have the online lectures and don't even know if the link for teams will work since it's for 2024..

I understand your concern, especially with your course starting soon. As a Coventry University student ambassador, I suggest reaching out directly to the Coventry University Online Support Team Here to clarify the situation.

Inform them that the course material and Teams link are showing for 2024, and ask if any updates are needed for the upcoming 2025 start. It’s important to have everything ready before your first online lecture, so they should be able to provide you with the correct access.
