Harrods interview

Hi! I have to do a video interview for Harrods which includes 2 video questions and 4 maths questions! Has anyone done these before or have any idea what the maths questions will be???

video interviews can usually be prepped with answers to (but not limited to):
- tell us about yourself
- what do you know about us?
- why do you want to work here?
- how would you solve (a customer query)?

the math questions are probably numeracy since store workers need to do arithmetic sometimes, but idk

Hi! I would say that the video questions I would expect to be some form of competency based interview questions. E.g. How would you approach X to deal with Y.
For those I would look into some good answering techniques like the STAR method, which can be found online. Finally for the math questions would expect these to be numeracy based but what I would say is depending on role I could guess there may be some on Excel, calculating data. Depending on how Harrods deals with finances perhaps?
