Tenant Replacement Needed in Leamington Spa
Hi, I’m looking for a replacement student to take over my spot in a house in leamington spa. It’s a 3 bedroom house with a bathroom and a toilet. There are three rooms (two large, 1 small) and who takes which room hasn’t been decided.
It takes 30 minutes to get to the university of Warwick campus, 5 minutes to Tesco and 10 minutes away from Smack(where all students go to party).
The price is only £147.50 per week excluding bills which is not expensive. If you are interested, let me know ASAP!!
