Diet

I have completely cut out fizzy drinks now and haven’t had it for a while. Is it still ok if I have coffee/tea?
Are the impacts of drinking coffee or tea just as bad as drinking fizzy drinks? I’m trying to be healthier and take care of my skin.

Green tea does wonders for the skin, so one or two cups a day without milk or sugar is okay. Black coffee is okay too. Just take it less frequently than the green tea so you don't get addicted to it.
