how can I lose 10kg in three months?
im 230lbs and want to be 180lbs in the summer... how can I lose 20kg in three months?

Have you considered an unhealthy and impossible to maintain crash diet where you drop the weight but then smash it all back on + more?
You could lose 10kgs by being in a calorie deficit through diet and/or exercise whilst eating healthily.
You won't lose 20 in that timescale, and that's the wrong mindset anyway. A healthy weight is the target, however long it takes.
