integrated foundation year royal holloway

i have no idea what i do in the year of foundation, i looked at the course structure and got a good idea but a bunch of other people say that foundation years is basically just an a level recap, i’m doing biomed and i was thinking that i can retake bio and chem during my foundation year since it includes a level knowledge which can help me out when retaking the exams in summer 2024, i have until november to pay for the exams which in my eyes is perfect since i can see how well adjusted and mentally stable i am to sit exams after 2 months in university, can anyone let me know if a level biology and chemistry is the focal part of the foundation year?
