kettle in bedroom
hi, i’m going to be moving into york st john on saturday and i have anxiety. am i aloud to keep a kettle in my bedroom or should i email uni and ask them?

"All cooking should take place in the kitchen. You are prohibited from keeping and using appliances such as kettles, hot plates and microwaves in your room."
Unis can sometimes make allowances for medical conditions, but I doubt they would allow a kettle even in that case due to the fire risk/it potentially setting off the alarms.
