Should I pick an economics module even if i havent done economics at a-level? I have done business a level but would it be the right decision to pick econ

Yes I don't see any problem with it. There are some similarities in econ with business but both are different subjects. If you are still unsure, then you may want to look at some basic economic terms and concept to see if it seems difficult to understand.
