How hard is Dental School compared to Pre-U?

I'm currently approaching the end of my Pre-U (A- Levels) and I've been... pretty much breezing through? Just to give a rough estimate of how decently I typically adjust to academia.. Got all 3 A*'s on my AS's and should probably be getting A's on my A2's coming next month.. Only really having to commit to 4~ hours a day combining study and class time. But now the fact that I'll be in Dental School proper in a few months is seriously troubling me

How big of a wall do you guys think I'm about to run into... I hear it's even more scuffed than Med School and I know the stereotype about that already so the concept is chilling... esp cause Im going for a partner program so I assume I'm going to need to be within the top third or so of my class?? (I'm going to IMU in Malaysia if anyone has personal experience there-)
