If I take alevel biology chemistry and psychology for alevels. Will unis like birmingham uni prefer applicants which take alevel bio, chem and physics/ maths for their alevels over psychology? or even for medicine as I am not sure if i want to be a dentist or doctor yet.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone who got an offer or interview for Liverpool or Dundee (English student) could share their UCAT scores? Mine is really low, so I’m curious what scores others had. Also, if anyone got rejected and was told it was due to their UCAT score, would you mind sharing what your score was?
Thanks so much!

If you look at the Dundee website you can see the statistics from previous years. Last year the number of places offered was extremely small for RUK and the interview to offer rate very low. I would only put this as a choice if you have very limited options.

is 2670 B1 risky? (English Student)

If that’s risky then I’m
better off not applying there with 2550 Band 1 😭

If you are an RUK student then Dundee seems to offer only a very small number of places . For example last year they had 483 RUK students apply. 127 got an interview and they gave 17 offers and 11 people took up places. Its definitely risky but if you want to choose it as one of your 4 then you should. I believe they also prefer A*A*A* predictions. With your UCAT then Plymouth should be safe. 2670 is an OK score but for Dentistry it does limit your options. Liverpool would be a good choice too if you have lots of volunteering etc. Where else are you thinking ?
