what prizes/benefits does Queens college offer to students who get a first?

I have been trying to research which Cambridge college I should pick and figured I should look at what prizes and benefits each college gives to students who perform well in a given year.
I've heard a lot of colleges have awards such as a cash prize or discount on rent, or a preference on room choices. I don't know what the system is like for Queen's college.
