What does this mean?
There's a guy I was seeing for a while but then things ended. After about a week, he came back and starting talking again saying he is sorry about what happened and how things turned out with us, and that he wants to be there and that he will help me and give me tips on how to cook and clean and be a good housewife for when I get married in the future. He is good at cleaning and housework.
I told him before that when I get married, I would like to be a housewife and do some freelancing work.
I'm just a curious why a man would like to give tips or advice so a woman can be a good housewife and cook and clean for another man?? how does that make any sense?

The only reason I can think would be to get the benefits without reciprocating.
You’re right it doesn’t make sense. He might just want to be around you but not official? I think you should ask him directly “what is in it for you”??
