ASAP need a replacement tenant in selly oak, Birmingham(University of Birmingham)

hi everyone. looking for a female replacement tenant of a house in Selly Oak ASAP. I plan to leave UK so I need to find someone move into my room.

The contract is until 06/2024. choose your date to move in.

condition : It is an ensuit room with furniture, you will have private toilet and bathroom, in a big student house with other 7 uni students.

price pw: rent is 135 and bill is 23, including wifi and it is unlimited. If you are student you don't need to pay for council tax.

surrounding : The house is 5 minutes away from campus, 6 minutes away from gp, 7 minutes away from 24/7 Tesco, Chinese grocery, restaurants and shops, 11 minutes away from Aldi and 15 minutes away from big Sainsbury and Poundland.
