MyTutor Locked Account Advice
Basically, I've been tutoring on the MyTutor platform for like a couple of months now. Recently, they've made some new changes to the pricing which meant that to continue earning what I felt was an appropriate rate (based on the time I spent making and preparing sessions as well as delivering them) I had to increase my prices (since MyTutor take a little over half of your lesson cost in admin fees). I understand that tuition is expensive and to make tuition affordable for certain tutees I offered them the option of tutoring with me off-platform for a lower fee if they wish. I've woken up this morning and found my account locked. I didn't realise this was against the rules. I was wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and how I could get my account back? (ideally ASAP as I got a lesson tomorrow).
