Dreaming of being a movie director, but i’ve got no friends
Hello everyone. I’m a 20 yo guy from Turin, Italy. Yesterday, Tim Burton himself came in my city and went in the same cinema i was watching some movies in. That movie legend was literally in the room adjacent to my room really made me reflect on what i’ve achieved up to now. I love cinema, i spend most of my money in movies (both cinema projections, books, dvds and blu rays) and i have literally no friends/people encouraging me. I want to find a job in order to pay myself some equipment (i only use an iphone 14 Pro rn, it’s good but it surely isn’t THAT professional) but lots of people around me have friends in that field, or people who’s willing to collaborate with them. I’m currently studying art, cinema and theatre at the university. Please, i really need advice.
