On my phone I use the dark mode feature on Samsung Internet. On my laptop I use a dark mode extension for chrome

Brave Mobile Browser has it, blocks TSR ads as well
Moved to a more relevant forum
It would been better if graphics card drivers had an option to turn all bright areas to some other colour or brightness.
The real problem is a lot of these flatscreen monitors themselves and they way they work causing the problem in the first place.
