very tired whilst revising

I get home from school at 3, rest for a couple of hours and then revise for some time after but at around 8pm I start to get really sleepy and am barely able to focus and keep yawning. I really want to be able to stay up later than this to get more revision+ coursework done but physically cannot for some reason.

Does anyone have any advice for being able to stay up later without getting sleepy?
I feel you. That's literally what we have to battle against everyday to be honest. You probably feel sleepy at that time because it's getting late and your body is 'preparing' to go to bed.
How about starting to study a little earlier? and make this time always the same time each day so you get into the rhythm?
