I did mine and failed. They are rank-order questions. Video questions are star based questions and you'll have 1 and half minute to answer.

Actually it’s weird that you got your results immediately while there are video questions!! It means you failed the rank-order questions!!!

There are, in total 4 video questions. i failed the rank order questions.

I got an update a few days ago with:

Thank you for your recent application to Fidelity. Due to the volume of applicants, it can sometimes take longer than expected for the team to review applications... etc...

Was thinking it was a rejection but still not a great sign - anyone else get this?
