Coding The Frequency of Light Waves To Carry Messages

Could I have help coding the frequency of the light waves in videos I make to carry a message to the audience watching that would be below the level of conscious awareness for the people watching?

I was consuming Boundless Parenting by Ben Greenfield and Paul Chek complained that this exact same thing is happening in media without people knowing it so that people are at least more encouraged to believe what the media is telling them - I want to apply it in a vey beneficial way that makes people's days rather than convincing them of things which deviate form how we're designed to live as humans!
