Trainee patent attorney with no STEM undergrad for EQE?

Hi.

I have an LLB Law from a UK university and I am currently studying an MSc in Computing Science as I want to become a patent attorney. My qualification is not a problem in the UK.

However, I have been told that it may raise problems with EPO as there is a rule for the qualification exam (Art.11(1) REE). Applicants must hold a 'university degree' technical knowledge which is normally interpreted as a three-year bachelors degree (STEM). I would like to know some of you have knowledge about my qualification and if it would be possible for me to actually qualify with my MSc. Thanks
The EPO provides a detailed specification of number of hours needed as part of science degree. Furthermore, I encourage you to simply reach out to the EPO and ask. They should speak English there.
