Looking for a tenant to fill our 6 bed house for 23/24 academic year

Looking for 1 more tenant to fill our 6 bed house for next year (23/24 academic year)

Located on just up the hill, a 10 minute walk from UoL campus.
Due to placement years, two of our flatmates will be moving out, we have found one person to fill a slot but need another before tenacy begins. We currently have 3 girls, 1 boy, and a non-binary flatmate. The house is well decorated, close to the campus and has a good atmosphere.

This accomodation is marketed by Cloud Lettings, registered with the Lincoln SU accomodation services accreditation scheme.

It comes fully furnished with 3 bathrooms (shared between 2 people each), spacious kitchen, lounge with a TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridge freezers, a dishwasher, large garden and
2 parking spaces alongside the house (two of the initial flatmates have cars, so may not be always available)

£200 deposit, £125 a week all bills included.
