Looking for a tenant - Selly Oak, Birmingham

Hi, I'm looking for a third tenant for this academic year (23/24). Really lovely house with garden, 3 bed 1 bath, living room and kitchen. One tenant dropped out due to external issues, so desperately looking for someone to join!

I am a second year student at UoBirmingham, so also happy to answer any questions about courses / social life regarding Birmingham!
