Durham postgrad distance learners ?
Hi everyone,
Im very excited to have an unconditional offer to study a Durham postgrad next year.
Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I have had to select the distance learning and part time version of the course.
I’m really hoping others who have done / are doing this can let me know their experience?
One question I have is about matriculation… did you go and do that? Is it required?
Otherwise I’m just hoping people can shed light on their experience.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any similar courses closer to me but there are other local universities, hoping that I can use the inter university library scheme for accessing resources for studying.
I’m also hoping to be able to go once a term or even potentially move to durham for the second year. But that would be a huge sacrifice as it’s the other side of the country and I’d have a lot less income than I do where I am - also I won’t know anyone!
