Looking for somebody to take over our tenancy at Nottingham Trent University
Room takeover required:
We would like to drop out of NTU, but need someone to replace us in our tenancy.
- £122.43 per week, per person
- First instalment already paid
- 44 week contract
- Twin room (for two) at Simpsons Halls NTU but can be taken over by one person if necessary
- Ensuite bathroom and kitchen with large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, oven/hob
- 2 desks/2 beds
- Lenton area
- Short bus ride to the city campus or a 20-25 minute walk
- Local tesco/sainsburys easily walkable
-Car parking on site
-Security and reception
-Bills included (gas, water, electricity)
