law llb

hi i have just started law at uni - first year and im really struggling to get a 2:1 or even a first on my essays, im not sure what to include, how to do it and im jus stuck at 2:2 even though im putting effort in. my lecturers say to critcially analyse but like how , no one is giving examples or even to find a place where i can find sources

please if someone did law here at uni and got a 2:1 or a first, please explain how and what you did??
