Durham Uni-banner self service login problem

Hi I cannot login my banner self service as I need to see my anonymous code for exams. It says my authentication request goes wrong. I think I followed the steps but it seems doesn’t work. I just wonder whether this may due to Christmas holiday and no stuff can prove my request.
