Is it okay if i have missed my BTEC applied science unit 7 part A?
My college split the Unit 7 Part A over the course of two days and i attended day one but i didnt attend day 2 (missed train). Will i be okay? Is attendance compulsory for all six hours?

Best to ask college.

for my college we were allowed to leave early if we were finished (did it in one day) so theoretically you should be fine but its definitely worth checking with the college and seeing if you can get that time back.
