Rejected from Medical Laboratory Assistant roles
I've been applying to medical laboratory assistant jobs, but I've been consistently rejected. Apart from my academic laboratory experience, I lack hospital laboratory experience. What could make my application better and more likely to get an interview?
I have added any relevant laboratory techniques I have, and any transferable skills that are applicable to working in a hospital. As much detail as I could.
