How to maintain mindset when you just failed an exam but have another coming up

Completely devastated at how my exam last week went. I hadn't read the instructions and I think I will fail. I have a permanently ill feeling in my chest and it won't leave my head, but I can't go on like this because I have another exam coming up next week. How do I get out of this sinking feeling, or revise while embracing it?
