I have received an offer from Sheffield and queen Mary on Biomedical engineering. I am not sure in which one to firm since Queen Mary is in London where I personally would like stay however Sheffield is ranked higher an known for it's engineering.
Could someone tell me how the Course is at Queen Mary and Sheffield who are currently doing the course?

I would stay in London, QMUL is still a Russell Group. You'll be in Sheffield or London for a few years so choose wisely.
