Best post-graduate path for the heritage sector?
Hello,
I have a BA in history and I'm looking to pursue a career in the heritage sector.
My initial hope was to pursue archaeology, but I'm not confident about the job prospects.
Lately I've been considering something more generic such as Business and Heritage Management (Business & Heritage Management | University of Southampton). Would this be a more rewarding career path?
Can anyone give me some pointers on what particular areas of heritage:
a) pay decently
b) have plenty of jobs
c) involve a more interesting workload than staring at a screen 24/7
...and any particular MA courses you recommend?
