Computing masters at imperial : worth it??

I’m doing philosophy, at Durham- and thinking about postgrad options
One of them is the computing masters/conversion course at imperial and Bristol…they say “any degree”, but “preferably quantitative or analytical”, philosophy is obvs analytical via logic, so Im pretty sure I’d be ok… I just wanted to know:
Can I do this? Is this possible? Could I do philosophy then comp sci via conversion masters
Does it work: can it get me a job in tech as a SE, or allow me to go on further into another masters, such as Oxford’s advanced computing, or PhD?
Can I get a distinction- it’s taught, but I heard someone say if you aren’t from a comp sci or maths background you are pretty much doomed to failure
