Nat 5 english folio help!!!

Hey so i’ve been doing my nat 5 english folio and i chose to do creative, and i’ve finished my story but the word count is 1,375 and it needs to be 1,100 or lower, PLEASE HELP!! im so stressed about it since i don’t know what to cut down and im scared that if i do then ill loose marks, my teacher said my folio is 13/15 right now but i need to cut down the words but i don’t know what to cut out so that i wont loose any marks, please help i would be so grateful!!

You could try finding synonyms for words or cutting out any unnecessary clauses. Even taking a few days away from it and then re-reading might help you see some areas you can cut down. If you're still stuck you could ask your teacher for help or get one of your friends/family members to read over it for some advice.
