How do I get better at maths?

I recently got my second set of report grades (not based off mocks, just teacher predictions) and got a C in maths. I can’t let this happen as I need an A in A-Level Maths to do the degree I want (economics & management).

In my last test I got 98% and haven’t gone lower than 80% in any homework last term but my grade still wasn’t great.

I’m planning to do at least an exam question every day, watch videos on the topics I’m less confident in and do more practice questions on all Y12 topics.

How do I do better in a-level maths (currently y12 though)?

Based on the scores in your post, it's strange to me that you were given a C, I'd talk to your teacher to ask for areas on which you can improve. If they're unable to help, practice makes perfect!
