Did you do the video questions? Self recorded I think it was 10 questions, also what role did u apply for

ive got the video interview due in 3 day have you done it and what questions do they ask?

Yeah I’ve done it there’s a lot of behavioural questions and competency questions, by this I mean I think I got one about how I stay organised, tell me about a time… stuff like that, what id recommend is always try and link it back to BMW for example I used to rebuild cars and I would link it back to the time I used to and talk about that, remember the hiring managers are seeing loads of these videos make yours special
