Enjoy my GCSEs (grades aren't everything, although it took me a while to understand that).
Reduce my sleep to 6 hours (the ultimate goal is 4 but I'm unsure if that's even possible).
Regarding the sleep goal, I'm trying to improve my sleep quality and decrease my sleep time.
Improve my natural intelligence with fun games! - (dual n back and syllogimous v3)
Get into Oxford University (obviously).
Trust the process.
Absolute nonsense. You need at least 8 hrs sleep.Son preferred 9 and got 13A* on his way to Oxford. And grades are key if you are heading towards a good uni.Work hard but take at least one day off to socialise, play sport or whatever.

Please do try to get enough sleep, while it may seem like more time learning will mean you get better grades, there’s a point of negative return where without enough sleep and good socializing / Study balance you will just burn out.

I'm unsure if links are allowed but the reasoning behind sleeping less can be found on normal breathing - also, I'm not actively trying to set my alarm earlier: sleeping less should happen naturally.
GCSE grades have some importance if you're thinking of Oxford. At Cambridge, they have less importance but they make up for it by having entrants with slightly higher A Level grades than Oxford on average. And Cambridge interview a higher percentage of their applicants than Oxford whereas Oxford reject a higher percentage before the interview stage.
