Yessss YOU CAN In my mocks in yr 11 i got a 4 in business and mostly 7s and 6s. i turned it around and managed to get WAYYYY ABOVE IT
YOU'VE GOT THISSS🙌
as long as you're motivated and willing to put in a LOT of effort/work, I reckon it is possible. what subjects do you feel you need most help with, any subjects where you're a bit stuck for resources?

I did French so can offer some advice for German:

practice speaking with a friend (if you can)

consistent vocab practice - memrise, quizlet etc

past papers so you get the hang of exam technique

grammar and translation practice

listen to German music, podcasts etc - duolingo have a good podcast
