Help!!!!

Please can someone help me I’m so desperate. I had blonde highlights and sort of light/ dark brown hair. I then got tired of the blonde and went to get it back to brown. We used number 4 and now my hair is black and I really don’t suit this dark dark hair colour. I hate it on me. I’ve been washing it everyday now even with head and shoulders and it’s starting to go a bit red/orangey I think it might be from the highlights previously. What do I do 😭
