Just started school again after a week's break and work experience and already I feel as if a bunch of 'bad things' have been slammed in my face essentially; like getting a physics test back which I feel I've done terribly in again, and having a careers interview which I feel didn't go as to how I want to as it feels like some of my aspirations aren't possible. I want to learn from my mistakes but I feel like I just dwell on them and it just ruins the rest of the day
Of course, it's obvious to do something about it, but I'm curious as to how others would bounce back up from a bad day at school since such days are often unexpected and simply temporary
Hey, just searched up something about this and was feeling the exact same 🙂 I know this is really late, but I've heard that taking a warm shower, doing something you enjoy (watching a favourite TV show, reading a book, art etc) all in all, take a break! 😊 It's okay to have these kinds of days, after your break, think about how you can approach things e.g your studies in a better way, ask for help when necessary as well!
