yes its fine, it broadens your knowledge I find and kind of makes sure that you can do a bit of everything. also if aqa ever throws a mean question at you, you might be familiar with it due to doing other exam boards, hope this helps x

silly question, of course you can!

aqa never add the same questions every year. they'll always add in something weird that you've never seen before, or ask something you (think you) haven't learned about. undoubtedly, the edexcel specification will be different to AQA's and you may not know certain topics to begin with, but that gives you the opportunity to widen your understanding and knowledge just to prepare for the real GCSE!
