Having a look at Cambridge's entry requirements, they ask for a minimum of A*AA, and Oxford asks for AAA so you need to somehow get at least your predicted B up to an A to meet these thresholds to prevent your application being totally ignored. You can't do anything else about your GCSEs now so make this your priority.
