Hi does anyone have any advice on what accom to apply for? Ill need to take my car so I believe I cant go east village. preferably ensuite and self catered thx

Bristol, as a city, really isn't car-friendly.

The university is pretty much right in the middle of the area with residents' parking zones -- see the map at https://www.bristol.gov.uk/residents/parking/residents-parking-schemes-rps/residents-parking-scheme-areas/detailed-map-of-rps-areas -- so there's little on-street parking. I suspect newer purpose-built student accommodation will have little-to-no parking.

Some of the older more traditional student halls might have some parking; but you'd probably need to make a case for why you need it, as demand is likely to exceed supply.

It might be best to evaluate whether you really need a car (and why) or whether it's just something you'd like to have with you.
