It's difficult for anyone to give advice without knowing a few things about you and your situation. What career do you want to change to and why, and what are you changing from? What qualifications do you currently have?
Emergency call handler or paramedic seems interesting. I would change it from ICT. Have A-Levels and Degree in Computing with the GCSEs.
