Pqip assesment centre role play

hi I've recently applied for the pqip trainee probation officer apprenticeship and I'm anxious about the role play assessment if anybody has any advice on what to expect I would really appreciate it thanks

I believe we are going to have to face and handle a situation where the other person becomes argumentative, even aggressive. I think we are going to be assessed on how we calm the person down using communication skills like active listening, empathy, respect etc...They probably also want to see how we adapt our communication style to the audience.
