Anyone can explain to me why there is a increase of internal energy when water is freezing at constant temperature while there is NO increse of internal energy when water is evaporating at constant temperature?

I think this is because when freezing the water molecules are becoming more ordered, increasing potential energy of the molecules. When evaporating you are increasing disorder and so the potential energy of the molecules is decreasing, although their kinetic energy increases.
