usually cornflakes or porridge, but i have no food at the moment because i've been too busy to shop... so this morning it was garden peas... that the kind of variation you were after???

Tuna on toasted rye bread, rye bread with jam/vegemite, banana
Ready Brek with a glass of milk and a banana will get you through the day until lunch.

I eat cereal, usually cherios, corn flakes, rice krispies or frosties the usual. on the weekend i have a fry up.

Variety people variety! I change what I eat every single day, because there's so much damn food in the fridge.

For example, this morning I had:
Green Olives
Marinated Artichokes
Peanut Butter and White bread
A Welsh Tea cake
Parma Ham and Melon
Croissant

And yesterday morning I had:
Frankfurter's sausages
Doughnut
A pear
Bread with salmon and butter
Carrot Cake.


I do eat quite a lot - but breakfast is the most important meal of the day! And anyway, my metabolism is quite high.
