Do you eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day?

One of those thoughts that occurred to me today when doing the weekly shop. On work days I easily get 7-10 portions of fruit/veg a day if I make the effort to eat breakfast, prepare a packed lunch, and cook a proper dinner.

For reference, a portion is 80g (or 1 cup).

In terms of veg, most days yes. But not fruit, mainly because I don't like so much of it

Yeah, definitely in regards to veg, but not that much in terms of fruit. I feel like it's easier to incorporate veg into your diet rather than fruit

Nope.
Maximum of 3 a day.
I dont often manage 5 but i get 3 or 4 most days.
two fruits and vegetables a day most of the week, so no. Five are too much in my opinion.
Absolutely! I eat such a number of bananas, potatoes, onions, and sultanas (+ other stuff!!) that I'm sure I get everything! But, wasn't it the case - if I remember correctly what I was told by my GCSE Biology teacher several years ago - that we're supposed to eat eight portions a day? They thought eight sounded too many, though, and that people wouldn't bother, and so they lowered it to five... That's what I was told, anyway!
