Obvious question, but where did you find the extract? The context helps when you're trying to find a translation/foreign interpretation for something said in a foreign language

Mensis does not mean anything. It might be a person's name but I don't think it can be. About who I am, I can (in fact I am) be many things...

Thankyou my friend, the sentence was made by a native spanish speaker, that is what confused me so much haha
i asked one of my friends who is spanish and they dont know what it means, it must be some slang or name x
