I skipped right to the bottom of the page to start writing this response, so I've not been influenced by anyone else's opinion but no doubt, there'll be some overlap inevitably.

I'd say, number one would have to be Harvard. And then, from there, I wouldn't be able to put the rest into any sort of proper order; MIT, Yale, Brown, Cornell - although UCLA might replace any one of them (mainly because I've just though of that, and that must have happened for some reason :P)
