Aww :frown: i hope i can go this year.. But with the visa applications and uni stuff i highly doubt id be able to visit in the summer, and if so itd be for a week or so..
And woow 5 years?! I can't imagine how that is.. The longest i didn't see mine was for abt 3 years.. I did go to Turkey last week for 2 days, for the uni admissions exam for students living abroad and managed to eat some of my other grandmother's food  (dolma <3).
Speaking of exams, only 1.5 hours of a business paper to go, and im done with IB forever :') tears of joy!

What makes you think I speak in this so-called 'Received Pronunciation'? :curious:

A Turkish breakfast, contrary to your belief, is 'put everything on the table: salad, cheese, olives, eggs, sucuk, etc. and some bread'.

Oh, and don't forget the tea.

Sucuk? It's like a spicy beef and garlic sausage.
